2. Changes After 48 Hours: Once the 48-hour window closes, production is underway, making changes difficult. However, don't panic. For small orders (under 2 items), we will remake them for you free of charge. For larger orders, we will work closely with you to minimize any inconvenience.

 

3. Quality Issues: If your product doesn't meet our high standards or arrives damaged, simply reach out within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We will notify you via email once the return is processed. Please allow some time for the funds to reflect in your account.

 

4. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You have 30 days from delivery to decide if your purchase is the right fit. Not in love with it? No problem. As long as the item is in good condition, you can return or exchange it—no questions asked.
